Forklift open diff with one wheel drive

The notch on the ring of the shaft shown below is what locks the shaft to the main diff gear. 

I filed them both down allowing this shaft to slip inside the main gear.

Was rather a simple mod to be honest. Was surprised how little it took to change the locked diff into an open diff. Technically, It's one wheel drive. Since I will only be driving this forklift on smooth level surfaces, it should not struggle or lift any of the wheels and lose grip.
