Today I started working on the battery shelf, the air tank and the fuel tank. Was a lot more work to it than I actually thought.
The most difficult and time consuming part was the air tank sides. Making them dome looking rather than flat. This is my first ever attempt, so as you can imagine I was walking in the dark. I did manage to archive what I started out to do, but it needs a lot of sanding and maybe some filler and then more sanding  All part of the game I guess.
Next, the fuel tank. We'll see what shape that one is going to take. So far I have a cylinder shape tank in mind. Friends are telling me rectangular .. We'll see |
