Decided to replace the inside bead lock ring screws. The stock ones that came with the DC wheels were starting ti rust after only 3 runs .. wow .. so before any of them get too rusty to remove, I decided to replace them with stainless steel screws. I only lost one screw. One decided to stay put and refused to come out. it got to a point where I had to drill it out. Now, one of the wheels has 7 screws as opposed to the others with 8. I think it will survive
So before doing this, i remembered how bad the foams in the rear 4 wheels were. The last video was clear proof that something needed to be done. I removed the old foams. These foams came with the stock tyres that came with the Wraith.
The foams I wanted to use were an old and very used set of 2.2 inner and outer CI foams I had in the shop. The outer foams were way too soft while the inners were still good.
I stretched the old stock Axial foams over the CI inners.
and fitting them inside the 2.2 tyres. Then I inserted the inner alloy ring.
and went on tightening the screws. Front look

Rear look with the stainless steel screws.
You might not notice the difference in how it looks now with the different rear foams, but for me, seeing it everyday, I see a big difference. Hopefully I will notice the change in the next time I drive it
Did not touch the two spare wheels. They simply sit there collecting dust
