The locomotive refuelling station (Part 1)

In this video, I had shown an extra turnout on the DMU station siding. You can see this turnout in the first image at the very top of the image leading to a paper template right-hand turnout. That right-hand turnout will go to a few short sidings where locomotives will be parked when not in use.

The second right-hand turnout in the image above (the same one as the first in the image below) will go to the container and a storage yard further down the layout, while the last turnout will go to the two sidings on the right, which are the refuelling station. The gap in the underlay is for the boundary wall to be built on. There will be fencing on the left of the station siding and on the right of the third track which is going to the container and storage yards.

I have glued the cork down and am now waiting for some parts to arrive.

In the next post, I will be installing the track and turnouts complete with the servo motors for these turnouts and the Digikeijs DR4024 module.
