Made a big mess on the layout today. Did some plastering   Happy with the result so far

It is not that I enjoy making a mess, but this was good fun seeing the result evolve in front of my eyes. I have been looking at the bare wooden surround for weeks now and this past week, all I saw was the surround covered in polystyrene. Glued it all with PVA glue. Each take takes 24 hours. I glue, I wait until the next day. I plaster, I once again wait unto the next day. It is a long process, yes, but I am in no hurry, and to be frank, I don't want the process to end.

I will eventually be placing some real rocks on the edge of that wooden platform, so when I lift it up, it will somehow cover the joint. We shall see how that goes   I am uploading a video titled "Ep04 - Rock Formation at the new MaltaRail N Gauge Model Railway" which should be out in a few hours

Stay tuned and don't forget to register for post updates...
