Problems, problems and more problems...

Well, I'm new to this, a stubborn old fool and should do more research before doing anything.. but I see this as part of the hobby fun.

I love the EWS wagons. I won't be doing everything by the book. I'm told this brake van is no longer used behind the newer wagons shown further down in this post, but I don't care. I like it like this. HOWEVER!!  I thought the brake van would be the easiest one on the layout, being the shortest wagon, but the bogies don't turn much and so it derails ever so quickly. I wonder if this is the reason why the previous owner sold it!

I might trim some plastic from the rear of the bogies to allow them to turn some more.

Then I took some images of the other wagons and coaches where they met on both the loops

A super sharp curve on the bridge. Sometimes derails the open wagons on the left. Same problem as the EWS brake van, bogies don't turn much.

Here's a pretty picture

and another one..

One more

Class 33 passing by...

Ahhh those bogies...

Waiting for the EWS 66 to return.. I can already see problems for it around some curves.. oh well

All these mistakes, as frustrating as they are, chalk it down to experience (or lack of it) .. but.... everything will be fine
